Poor service from Babbar electricals

I bought a desert cooler(of Crystal make) from Babbar Electricals, Gopi Colony chowk, Old Faridabad in April 2004 and was given a guarantee for 2 seasons. I have the guarantee card to prove the same. The cooler started giving problems in this season and is not working for about a month now. I lodged a complaint with Babbar electricals on 22July05. His worker came and said that the motor has to be changed. He went back and now nobody comes to repair the cooler. I have visited his shop 5 times in the last two weeks and made at least 20 telephone calls. Everytime he says that he will send the person in the evening but that evening never comes. Piyush
