April 29, 2005 - Consumer Message:

My mother had ordered 20 lbs of pink almonds and 5 lbs of black almonds for my brother's wedding. Which is in a week from today. They were suppose to ship on April 8th, and only take a few days to arrive. However, it was two weeks later and have not gotten anything! My mother called them, faxed them and emailed them a bunch of times everyday for awhile and never got a reponse.

I finally decided I would try to email them to see if maybe they would email me. Surprisingly, I got an email from Karen, stating that the almonds were going out that day, and asked when the wedding was. What kind of company is going to ask you that more than once.

This information should have been written down with the order! Then when the almonds actually came, it was only the pink ones. So, on Monday of this week April 25th, I emailed them again asking where the black ones were and if they werent going to send the almonds then send a refund. This time I got an email from Amy saying, I will check on your order, when's the wedding?

I repsonded, MAY 6TH!! Never got a repsonse after that. I have emailed them twice a day since then, and still no almonds, no refund, and no repsonse. And the wedding is in one week. We do not have the time, patience, or money to wait until the last minute for this company!
