I am a disabled person who uses the transportation access a ride. Yesterday i was being picked up by them and as i entered the full bus i was told by the driver to sit on the floor because the bus was full.

So i got off and went back inside my friends house and called transit's 877 number and after a very upsetting conversation with them they tell me the driver said to the dispatcher he would drop off someone and come back for me.

So he comes back very fast and I get into the bus this time with my friend to see he did not drop anyone off he put one of the riders on the floor instead of me. Don't we have a safety belt law here in NY State ??

If you get a ticket for riding without a safety belt, what is the penalty for riding without a seat ??

This company is getting pretty bad if the drivers are not controlled more this is dangerous.
