Safeway located on Robson in Vancouver

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Roxana and on Feb 05/05 i did some shopings at Safeway located on Robson in Vancouver. The parking is good for 1 hour or so I provably had excede the time do not recall; however, when i went back to my car i did not find any ticket or anything from the private parking Company ( Dimon Parking).

Two month after that i received a parking violation notice for$80.oo; which was a real surprise. I feel that i have been treated unfair for this company, why untill two month after? they say it can happen sometimes. This is no fair, if i would find the ticket at the moment would be different. I would have felt more responsible.

I do not what to do, they will cahrge me interest aswell.
