i was dealing with this company due to the fact my husband lost his position. this company totally misrepresents their coverage as they say.. any doctor or dentist, no prescription over 50.00. This is bogus information. I am now covered by my employer and have asked for a refund but they are unable to refund any of the payment they have taken from me.

They put you on hold and they leave you there to wait til you get frustrated enough to hang up. This is a disreputable company and gets people who cannot afford health insurance by representing themselves as a type of insurance coverage when you are speaking to them and you sign up but then all things change when they take your money because - you can't use your doctors or dentists without their permission which in an emergency is expensive and this is just a sham to all people who use this sort of coverage. I hope the government will take them out of business.
