I have purchased a kit including dvds books etc... i' ve been overseas since i received the package. The package has never been open, the UPS sticker still on it.

So i talk to one of their supervisors telling me that they have a 30 days money back garanty, policy only theyre aware of, then later in the converstion he is telling me that they don't even have to a policy and they can say anything they want, as long as the product is sold they don't have to accept a return idem.

Please, i need to find out wich way to go with this so i can resolve this issue as soon as possible
