Liberty Wireless pre-paid phone rebate scam featured on AOL!!

I have submitted the original rebate for the phone Six [6] times since the purchase of this account, the phone and service are incredibly poor. The phone [service] has never worked more than five [5] days in a row without calling Technical support.

My account was paid via the web....service was suspended on several occasions for no apparent reason, being the single parent of three busy children, I had indicated the necessity for a working cell phone, and relayed my concerns about the costs in relation to the service on many occasions. I was given a "courtesy credit" at least twice, however; Liberty's policy is to charge your account minutes each time you contact them as well.
