Hi All, I have called this agency "SUDHA TRAVELS " to get a quote for my India trip. The representatives over there are very RUDE. The way they talked to me reminded me of a conversation with road side. Here is the scoupe of what happened... She picked up the phone and said "Ya...". I said "I'm planning to travel from Miami to Hyderabad during june, july, can I get the quote please" I was about to mentione the dates her, She immediately said "june has 30 days and july has 31 days, what are the dates?" Because of that statement I got so mad that I had to pause for 3 seconds. She said " What are the dates? Give me a date" That has triggred me to say " I'M NOT INTERESTED... CALL YOU BACK" and I hung up on her. I immediately called the same place and insisted on taling to the manager. The operator asked me the reason, I said " This is regarding one of your operators". I got the manager on line and I told him " I WANTED TO BRING SOMETHING TO YOUR NOTICE. JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES AGO I WAS TALKING TO ONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES AND AFTER TALKING TO HER, I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND TO BUY A TICKET AND I'M NEVER GOING TO BUY ONE FROM YOU AGAIN." He said "ok". I have googled for sudha travels and the first thing I got is a list of complaints... which prompted me to write this up. WHY DON'T WE BOYCOTT SUDHA TRAVELS ???? THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT NO ONE HAS TIME/MOOD TO TAKE CRAP FROM THEM. THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. Thanks, Jags.
