Ameriquest Mortgage is a home refinance company. Without our consent or prior contact, Americquest has been harassing us with phone calls up to 3 times a day trying to get us to refinance our home. According to the caller Brian someone else has told them about us and he refuses to stop calling trying to get us to refinance our home.

This has gone past annoying and is becoming a major pain, tying up the phone and personal time urgently needed elsewhere. How do I get this company to understand they are not welcome to call us, send mail or contact us in any way? I'm about ready to take out a restraining order because the situation has become so hostile.
