We are experiencing the same problems as everyone else. Unfortunately this Dominique Pellegrino is still in charge and refusing to take phone calls. We had a unit installed with shoddy workmanship, missing components and after three months and six missed appointments ( most they never bother to call or show up) we have turned the matter over to an attorney. The Closet World contract states if you change your appointment without 48 hours notice they will charge you 10%. I am attempting to do the same to do them. The real gripe is not one person has ever apologized. This seems to be their way of doing business. I am going to attempt to tell everyone I know how horrible this company is.
