AFTER DRIVING TO THE STORE I PULLED UP AND COULD NOT STOP THE SVU. I WAS LESS THAN AN INCH FROM THE STORE FRONT WHEN IT STOPPED! I LOOKED FOR SOMETHING UNDER THE PEDAL BUT NOTHING!

 

A FEW WEEKS LATER MY SON DRIVING CAME TO A LIGHT WHEN HE COULD NOT STOP! INSTEAD OF HITTING THE CAR IN FRONT OF HIM HE TURNED THE WHEEL TO THE RIGHT AND WENT OFF TO THE SIDE AND LOST CONTROL AND HIT A TREE DEAD ON!!

 

FOR WEEKS WE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH THERE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT (WHICH IS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY) AND

THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY CONCERNS!

 

I RECEIVED A LETTER A FEW DAYS LATER EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM THAT MY SUV WAS HAVING AND THE LETTER CLEARLY STATED THAT THE BRAKE WIRING WILL CAUSE YOU TOO CRASH AND NOT BE ABLE TO STOP THE TRUCK...

 

FORD WOULD NOT CHECK MY SUV, THEY HAVE IGNORED MY LETTERS, MY CALLS, AND EVEN TOLD ME IN A E-MAIL THAT THEY WOULD NO LONGER RESPOND TO THEM...

 

MY SUV WAS TOTALED!! FORD TURNED THERE BACK ON ME! MY INSURANCE IS SOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE NOW, I CAN'T EVEN AFFORD TO REPLACE THE CAR....

 

I COULD HAVE LOST MY LIFE, EVEN WORSE MY SONS!!
