Wolfgang Puck Bistro Cookware Set

Hello,

I'm hoping you can help me.

Several years ago I purchased a set of Wolfgang Puck Bistro Stainless Steel Cookware from the Home Shopping Network. I love how it cooks, and it is surprisingly easy to clean up compared to other stainless cookware; however there is one major problem.

The "rivets" on the handles of a large stockpot have corroded and leak, and I fear they will at some point crack off entirely, potentially being a terrible safety hazard. I contacted HSN, they gave me a phone number to call, except the phone number has "voice mail full" all the time.

I have the leaky 5 qt pot from the set, of course not using it any longer, and I am in fear of the rest of the set also becoming a danger in a matter of time.

It's supposed to be have a lifetime warranty, but I no longer have the HSN invoice. I have also gone to the Wolfgang Puck website and find no recourse there to place a complaint.

Can you help?

Thank you,

The corriosion has also happened to me with two pieces, and it was long ago and I did not bicker (not happy about it at all!). Have you received any results from your complaint?

I was wondering if there were many, as I paid almost $200 for this set, and was happy from its appearance, but your like experience is the same as mine! One rivit on the dome shaped piece is totaly missing from inside the cookware (was in tact), and I tossed the entire food dish, which was also for Holiday (entire stuffing for the unstuffed turkey for Thanksgiving last year!).

On the others, all of the rivits are corroted, and I do not why, as I also followed the manufactures instructions!

Thanks for your post ... I'm off searching for internet exerpiences ... this is horrible, way expensive for being cheap (not including the embarassment of a lost dish), and I'm an avid cook for over 30 years!

Sad, and I felt trusting in this brand!
