AOL - Twx AOL Service

At the beginning of January 2005 my husband canceled our AOL account. We used to pay $28.90 per month. The money was pulled out of my account. AOL calls it the Twx AOL Service. In March when I looked at my past and recent bank statements I notice that I still was charged by AOL. I was charged in January, February, and March. Each AOL charge was $9.95. I called up AOL and had a tough time getting to solve this problem. I was transfer 5 times and once cut off. I gave one AOL consultant my account #, my checking card number, names phone numbers etc. just to be transferred again. I was finally told to sort it out with my bank, which I finally did. On April 5, 2005 I walked into my Bank and filed a Visa Check Card Transaction Dispute. I ordered a new Checking Card thinking that I solved the problem with AOL. Yesterday, April 27, 2005, I received my bank statements. I noticed another charge from AOL came through. It seems that am forced to open a new account to get ride of these charges from AOL.
