I bought a ticket lasT November to be delivered to my mom at home. They charged me for the delivery by Fedex 45 dollars. My mother didn't receive the ticket on time. They said the ticket was lost, and had to be issued once again.
Since that, I've been claiming the refund. I've called them many many times and wrote them others, and the customer service provided is the worst I've ever experimented in my life. Last time they wrote me with a decision saying that they won't refund me, because they have refunded me already. Which is NOT TRUE.
Like a consumer, I feel they have stolen my money and made me waste a lot of time. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AS CONSUMER. DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH TRAVELOCITY, THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY AT ALL!
