I had a coffee pot that quit heating my water so I called the customer service and they were helpful, after I sat on hold forever, they had me send in the cord with a $5.00 check and sent out a new pot. However, the new pot is worse than the first one! It does not keep my coffee hot, not even warm, and the light on the clock does not light up.

 

When I called to asked why the coffee pot was not any good they said they already replaced one and that is all they could do. So I had to go buy a new one! I bought a $10 coffee pot from Family Dollar that works better than the one the I sent back for $40. Thank goodness for Family Dollar.
