Carl's Furniture US 1 North Palm Beach, Fl.

I purchased a Sterns and Foster Queen, February of this year and now a sag in the middle has been detected. Carl's manger said you will not do anything about the sag it is 11/2 inch sag. This is crazy. I had a Sealy King for 20 years with no trouble.
