Last Mother's Day I tried to send my eighty-year-old Mom some flowers from 1800flowers.com. I called a couple of days early and they guaranteed the flowers would get there the day before Mother's Day (I was trying to avoid the rush). The flowers did not come.

 

I called and a representative assured they would be delivered the next day. The flowers did not come. Now, on Mother's Day, when I tried to call it just rang and rang. No answer, no machine to leave a message. The next day, again, no flowers.

 

Finally I e-mailed the company and said I was furious. My Mom got nothing for Mother's Day. I said I want a complete refund and flowers sent anyway to make up for the poor business. I got a refund on my credit card at the end of the month and my Mom never got any flowers. Never trust 1800flowers.com. No flower delivery company should ever say that they were too busy. In that business the expectation for Mother's Day should be overwhelming...hello!

 

This Mother's Day stay away from 1800flowers.com!
