I went and purchased a phone for my son on Dec 22, 2004 for his Christmas present he was totally excited and could not wait to make the purchase this phone was only offered by Sprint and I had been a long standing client of AT&T but to appease my son I switched.... big mistake.....
first the sales person charged us full price for the phone and we had a rebate that was supposed to be instant meaning you were given the discount immediately upon purchase, then she lied to us blatantly by telling us that an immediate purchase of their new fair & flexible plan would start instantly, not true it starts at the beginning of the new billing cycle, I have been run around hung up on and just plain ignored I called the customer service and I got what I believe was another country I don't have a problem with that but I want someone who can understand and speak English that's all,
I have been given nothing but the run around and a bunch of temporary credits which is not a solution and now I am stuck with Sprint for 2 years because of their contracts which you must pay to get out of. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will not stop seeking a remedy until I receive some satisfaction
