We recently purchased a new laptop, extended warrenty and several other misc. computer equipment at this Best Buy. THey try to cram the Reward Zone program down your throat for $9.95 a year. We finally got tired of the sales pitch and bought it. It is a total scam!

We have waited almost two months for our 'rewards' - and still have not recieved them- they will not respond to emails, and their reward zone web site is not ever working correctly.

They say to allow "30 days for rewards to post to your account", then after the 30 days, there is a new message that says you need to wait an additional 7 days for processing, (they are going to be sent by email) and now when we log in all of our points are gone and there is no pending transactions. It is a total mess, they owe us over $50.00 in gift certificates- does not look like we will get them!! Next step is BBB and possibly FTC for Retail fraud? Thank you.
