AOL, it is bad service and immoral practices to make money

First, I got a free trial from AOL on february 28 for 45 days. After having a hard time to cancel it on April 1 and noticing that they charged my credit card with 23.90 two weeks later, I called up to get rid of this charge. They argued that only gave me one month free trial.

Second, a soon as I canceled, they stop the service without telling me that they had already charged my credit card on March 30. Conclusion: They are cynical!

How can they charge me for a service that they decided not to offer when I canceled it? they should have told me that I was already charged for the month; therefore I could used the server for one more month, then I would be disconnected. Advice: Never get AOL, it is bad service and immoral practices to make money. Sincerely
