We order a computer from Dell on April 18, 2005 and they said within 3-5 business days we will receive our package and it's now April 26, 2005 and we haven't receive our computer as yet.

They're representative give customers wrong information also the TV and Sunday advertising. We had call the and they said that they have ship the computer on April 21, 2005 and that 3-5 business days after the 21st we will receive our package, so count how much days from April 18 untill now.

And guess who they use as the shipping carrier UPS which stands for UNRELIABLE PARCEL SERVICES.
