Bell South

Having Bell South for local service has been a nightmare. The past two months I had to call because of unauthorized charges on my phone. I have no long distance but was charged for several calling plans. Because these charges were removed once, I was told they would not remove any more.

Which was convenient for them, because the next bill I had more unauthorized charges. I was told they were my responsibility. I hate Bell South and am cancelling my local service. I would rather have no phone at all than have Bell South.
