You are the worst company I have ever done business with. You make it impossible to request help with our phone line. You make it impossible to talk with anyone who might help you. You put the problem back to the consumer when the problem is not their fault. What do I have to do to get help from your 2nd rate company?

You can do two things for me:

1. how to I file a complaint with the PUC about your 2nd rate company?

2. how do I get through your computer system to talk with a real person who can solve me problem?

3. Who is the jerk that set up this consumer defeating computer system?

4. How do I get you to repair your 2nd rate and poorly maintained phone lines?

5. Who is the president of SBC and what is his phone number so I can call him?

Give me some answers and some help or sell the company to a corporation that can provide service.
