Mr. Alark is not running his company in a professional manner. He is not reliable and I would not recommend anyone to conduct business with him. Mr. Alark received my taxes on April 11, 2005 the week taxes were due and informed me the taxes would be completed on Thursday, April 14 at 11:00 pm. Mr. Alark on several occassions did not answer his phone for days after April 15, I finally got in touch with him and he claims to be either with a client or going to a meeting. I called him back on Monday, April 25 about 9:25 am to check the status of my taxes, and he fell asleep on the phone, I have a witness to verify this happended. When I called IRS to check to see if he had submitted a extension for my taxes to do delayed, I was informed on Tuesday, Aprril 26 an extension was not done. I called his office again on Tuesday, April 26 to see if I could make a appointment at 4:00 or either on Saturday, he mentioned he was not available either days.

This had put me in a bind that now there will be a penalty for filing my taxes.
