We purchased a Dell Lap top and began having problems with it right away, we called and complained they sent a replacement with a box to ship the original one back, they never picked it up. The second one began having problems we complained they sent us another box to send it back.
three weeks later they finally picked them up along with the free printer they sent us. we have return shipping tags, we have confirmation that they were received by Dell, they keep harassing us for payment on one computer. they even sent it to collections we have proof they received it back what do we do?
