After signing with Infinite Energy in July of last year, I received no bills from them into December. I then contacted Infinite to correct the problem in December. After 3 mysterious months of "correcting the mistake", I received a bill for $764.57 from 7/23-1/31. This month I received a bill from 1/31-3/31 for an additional $440.55!! WHY? Why can I not be billed month to month?
Why does Infinite Energy expect FULL PAYMENT of these services (payment period or not)? Why doesn't Infinite realize there error and provide some relief for me having to pay a $1200 bill!! To me, service begins when I sign a contract with you, through receiving goods and services, and is completed with accurate and timely invoices.
THEY HAVE FAILED ON THE THIRD PART OF THE SERVICE!! Why should they continue to realize the margin/payment from this level of service? These letters will not stop until Infinite proposes a solution to share this inconvenience.
