Rowe sectional couch......purchased at Hudson's Furniture, Sanford, Fl ....2003

Reviewed the cushion construction spec sheet and then ordered upgraded down cushions. They were not constructed as represented to me by sales personnel. They sold me what they no longer made and charged me for that product. Hudson's had them remade out of polyester but refuse to refund the $600.00 I paid for the Down Upgrade.

A letter sent to the president of the Rowe remains unanswered.

Rowe Furniture and Hudson's furniture, their representative, are interested in only in making the sale and not standing behind their product. I will never ever recommend or purchase from Rowe again. What a way to do business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
