I have a Valco Titan Stroller which I received this item as a gift from a friend who passed away recently. I need to replace the front wheels which were lost along with some luggage at the airport. I have attempted several times to contact the manufacturer to purchase replacement wheels, to no avail.

A representative did respond to my email, but never followed through on giving me information on how to obtain the replacements or sending them out. I like this stroller, but I will NEVER purchase or accept another Valco product. Their customer service is non-existent. mjd_subs
