When I reactivated my tracfone I lost 151 minutes of time. These cards are not cheap for someone on a fixed income. I depend on my tracfone for all emergencys. My time to renew was in Feb. 2005, but I was in the hospital until today.
I had activated my card for 40 additional minutes, but the 151 minutes did not roll over. This is not fair according to your information given to me at the time I bought my fone. I need this time to be reinstated to me, since I use my fone during travel. I will be leaving for a trip on 4/27/2005, and I need the time for my travels.
Also, I have been given two numbers on my phone. One is 419-280-7316 and the other is 419-460-9294. The one registered on the fone is 419-460-9294, but it is not a working number. The number I have to give out is the 419-280-7316 in order for someone to call me. This is not acceptable. Please contact me tonight 4/26/2005 at home phone number 419-335-6752. I hope we can get this matter corrected immediately.
