I made an internet order to the Tidewater Workshop in October of 2004. I ordered a bench and then one week later ordered an additional chair and table. I was expecting delivery in 6-8 weeks. When I did not receive my items by February, I contacted the company by email. They explained that they had a huge demand and a shortage of materials.
They offered me a tote bag to appease me. Another month went by and no merchandise. Again, I contacted them at the end of March ready to cancel my order. The customer service person offered me additional incentives ($30.00 off my next order! What next order?!?!?!) I told her to cancel my order and asked when I should see a credit on my card. She said by the next billing cycle.
Well, it has been another month and there is still no credit on my card. Do not do business with this company! I am turning this over to my credit card company and pray I get my $400.00 back!
