burger king and rats - Tegucigalpa, Honduras

I live in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. This last sunday I bought take out from a burger king, while eating my fries, I discovered that rodentes had started to make a nest in the box. There were even droppings in the box.

The manager didn't even want to give me his name. On monday I spoke to the marketting department and they promised to come and see me today, they didn't. I called them up again and they give many excuses but don'y really give me a sraight answer. I really don't know what to do and unfortunately our authorities are easily sold out, I don't want any money from all of this, I just want an apology

Please help or at lesat send me an e mail to be able to contact some one who can at least spread the word on what'g going on
