Where to start? I ordered a Wintergreen computer from TigerDirect.com back in August of 2004 which included several rebates. Eight months later (April 2005), I still have not received my rebates. I have made at least 20 calls to customer service and each time I get a different answer.

I have faxed the rebate forms three times to TigerDirect.com who then promise to issue a credit within four days. The outstanding rebate is only for $40, but I will continue the battle until I win. According to this website there are several other stories just like mine.

As a computer professional who orders $50,000 to $75,000 a year, I would never purchase another item from TigerDirect.com. If anyone is looking for a better place to purchase computers try CDW. They care! Sincerely, CPH3
