I places an order on www.broadstreetflowers.com on April 19, 2005 to have flowers delivered to a residence in Milwaukee, WI. I paid the order in full and the amount of $53.50 was debted from my account. The flowers were never received on April 21, 2005 as I requested. I immediately followed up with Broad Street Flowers by contacting them at (770) 734-0210 three times on April 22, 2005 and at (877) 798-8708 once. I also sent two (2) emails to them at the enclosed email address.
The response I received from the customer service representatives was that they would investigate and call me back. I have heard nothing from them and at this point it has been three days since the flowers were to be delivered and I want my money back. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is not how a company is supposed to do business. I feel like I have been robbed. Broad Street Flowers should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner. Their services are supposed to help brighten someone's day. Instead they let me and my family member down. I have never had to dealt with a company that has been so incompetent and treats their customers with such disrespect. I would never recommend Broad Street Flowers to anyone.
