Location is 3760 Vance Street, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 Also North American Location Company in Lakewood, CO. I'm in search of anyone else out there who is going through what I am. I made a $12,000 investment in cashless atm machines last year which were to be placed in very "vague" locations I had to choose from. In other words, I could pick Sports Bar in North Carolina, but they wouldn't tell me the name or exactly where it was. This guy at North American Location Co. "places" them for you. Of course the sales pitch is that you get a really nice monthly income, which, of course, you do the first month. However, from the second month on you get pennies. In fact there are ongoing monthly costs to "download" you report and then there is the payoff on your machines.

 

They finance them interest free! From the minute you sign the deal you are very rudely told that you cannot use their 800 number anymore and the number you can call (customer service) is only active a few hours a day. So, they are pretty much invisible and very good at it. They are impossible to get to other than this customer service person - just a voice on the phone - no background noise going on. That's the background, here's the recent complaint. They had the customer service line disconnected. I had to really do some research to find a number where I could get a voice. I changed my email address

2 months ago and informed them immediately. To date, I have informed them on the phone twice and in writing once about the change. I have not received any reports or money for 2 months and they are completely non-responsive. I sent (yesterday) a certified letter to American Data Solutions and Bill Gerit at North American Location Company reiterating my new email address and insisted that they contact. I also gave them $100 two months ago to move my machines...no response. I'm sure it's a scam. Can anyone out there help me with this? I'd like to just break the contract and move on so I don't have to make any more payments. Look forward to hearing from someone. Thanks.
