I ordered a smart spin as advertised on the television, on the 2/5/05, this order was confirmed by email. This was a gift for my daughter-in-law for her birthday on the 1st March, and I realised that the order would not get there in time. However, after waiting for some time I then contacted their customer service on 1-203-868-0332, that was on the 3/24/05.
I was told that the order was to go off very soon, possibly the following week. I am still trying to contact them once more as nothing has been received by my daughter-in-law, to this date. I have tried to email them, I have tried to phone them but the customer service is constantly engaged.
I am just not getting anywhere with my enquiries about the status of my order. My daughter-in laws address: Rutland.MA 01543.
Is there anyway that you could help me with this complaint. I would still like to have the order delivered to her.
