hotel "special" offer but untrue

Dear sir/madam,

We want to file a complaint about the Travelodge Hotel, in Bloomington, Indiana. We were offered a special rate at 2 nights for $70.00 if we could stay 2 nights in their hotel for the big event of Little 500 taken place in Indiana University on 4/16/05 during our last stay on Feb. 12, 2005. Since we planned to attend the event because our son was one of the race riders, we made the reservation based on this offer. In March, we called to confirm this special rate again and the attendant verified it was correct. Unexpectedly, we were being billed at $70.00 for each night when we checked out on 4/17/2005. We tried to explain the whole story to the attendant on duty, Allen and later the owner, Don Patel.

Both of them were rude and impolite to us, ignoring our explanation and kept saying that none of this offer was made. We found their kind of attidude and tone was terribly unacceptable. Unfortunately, we signed the invoice before we found out the wrong billed amount. Nevertheless, we will inform our credit card bank to put a dispute to this payment. First of all, if this "too good to be true" offer was not made to us, we would not consider staying 2 nights but rather one ngiht.

We could also shop around in other hotels for a better rate. Now we were tricked to pay a higher rate & more. Last time we paid $48.00 for one night in this same hotel on 2/12/05. Therefore, we want your viewers to be careful of this hotel. They are cheating their customers with a planned plot. This hotel is :
