this is a complaint against comcast cable and broadband.

this month i sent inn a bill on the 4th, they did not give me credit till the 13th and i got my bill today and it was not credited till the 13th. they passed the buck and blamed it on the mail and said that it was due on the 3rd.

which means those who get government check can't get the bills inn evin if it was send on the 4th, i have always done that and they change their billing to sute themselves and sounds like fraud to me make the due dates early so epople don't have a chance to get their payments inn and charge a late fee. i was not charged a late feel but this porno company needs to get their act together.
