complaint for supply of duplicate material.

Dear sir,

I have purchased water purifier NOVA. I suspect that while carrying out the maintenance and replacement of the activated carbon is done with the used AV Carbon column . The suspicion is because - the column unit used for replacement was not properly sealed from Eurika Forbs, it was simply warped in a ordinary plastic paper. The suspicion was further strengthened as my used AV carbon block was taken back by the maintenance personals. The details or as under:-
