On 3/25/05 I placed an order for an operating system ME with tekdeleal. Today is 4/14/05 and I cannot contact them. They do not answer E mail to them from their site and their phone mail system has been full for over a week now. Their numbers have changed because of a move.

When I look at my account on their site, each time I have called for an answer or posted an inquiry on the site there is an order placed in my name for the amout of the operating system. So far there are four orders for the same product, for each time I have placed an inquirey as to what has happened to my order.

The advertisment says 4-5 working days, it has been 14 working days now and I have yet to get a response from them!

My computer system is down, unstable and a needs a valid os system disk CD to operate, the present CD has failed and will not load. Replacement CD's ordered and delivered for the machine are faulty and must be replaced. I am left without an os for my computer.
