She was contacted with the estimate, we told her that it may take a while for the parts to be located because it was a discontinued model (sometimes over 16 weeks in some cases), we assured her we would contact her as soon as we heard anything. We had attempted to contact her VIA email with updates which either got lost in transit or accidentally deleted on her end or ours. During the time the watch was with us the Holliday rush was upon us and we also had a pipe burst in our building which forced us to close for over a month while it was repaired and damage cleaned up which put us months behind. We regret that she is unhappy; we do everything possible to provide fast courteous service to all our customers. We have had almost no complaints from anyone throughout the many years we have been in business; the testimonies on our site from our customers abundantly prove this. We are sorry for anything we may or may not have done on our part to upset this customer.Thank you,Denis

Carignan Watch Company, Inc PO Box 562, 38 Church Street, Belmont, NH 03220-0562On November last year I sent my Citizen Watch to have it repaired and I have been e-mailing this people asking about my watch and only answered once when I threatened to complain to the Better Business Bureau, saying sorry but we are extremely busy.Months have passed and on February this year I received an e-mail saying that they will be closed until March this year.It is April 2005 and I haven't got any message from them about my watch, 5 months have passed already since I sent it for repair.Maybe you can help me with this.Thank you,Jenny Click this link to e-mail the message author: //
