Dear Sir/ Madam

I have been called by a representative working for Net One International long distance provider, and I signed up for the service . But every time they sent me a bill with no details, a bill the doesn't show enough information on what the charges are for, and they always put ridiculous numbers of dollar amounts, as if charging me for nothing.

I called the company many times asking for explanation and the answer has always been to pay by credit card over the telephone " so eager to get credit card information" and the company has failed to send any detailed invoices for the bills they sent, and always added late fees.

I am greatly concerned that it could be someone who is running a scam could hurt my credit history.
