I contracted with Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Inc. dba Let's Dance Productions to perform a DJ service for our 20th year Class Reunion for the class of 1984 Southern High School reunion for the date of Saturday, October 16, 2004 at 8:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. in Annapolis, MD. The day of the reunion he didn't show up! And now I am trying to get a refund from his "company." I have emailed him several times, and I have called him several times! He has called me a "nigger" several times. And he told me "to get a job!" He also stated that he "likes playing niggers like" me! He won't refund the money when he has not performed a service that I paid for.

He cashed the check on Friday, September 3, 2004 for $350.00. And he won't refund the money. He thinks it's a joke! They have several different phone numbers that all connect to an office in Virginia. Their "official" address is located in New York, NY! I called about six different numbers listed in different states; they all conected to an office in Virginia! All I want is a refund. But he won't refund! I have an email of his "company" confirming the Saturday, October 16, 2004 date. They recently changed their web site to www.pinnaclecompany.com because there are many complaints about this company scamming people! DO NOT FALL FOR YHEIR SCHEMES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Contact the Alexandria, Virginia branch for the Better Business Bureau...I filed a complaint with them because they are located in Alexandria, Virginia!!!!
