I purchased $184.75 products from WebsUnlimited recently (12 days ago). All products purchased were supposed to be immediately available as downloads from their website

However, when trying several times, and more several times, and more several times, their server just gives the following message: "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0035'

When accepting your money, they send you an email stating:- >>We have charged your credit card: $___

your product at anytime.

WHAT A JOKE! When I send an email to the above-mentioned :- Support:

I got the following message in return :- Thank you for your recent email. My inbox is protected. ChoiceMail is holding the message you sent because your email address is not on my list of approved senders.

Please be aware that if you do not complete sender verification within 4 days, you email will automatically be deleted. I verified IMMEDIATELY BUT NOTHING HAPPENED FOR TWO SOLID DAYS!! I then send another email requesting SUPPORT to Email User - not surprising I got the same inbox protection email. AGAIN, I IMMEDIATELY VERIFY my identity as requested. SURPRISINGLY ENOUGH THEY BOTHERED THIS TIME TO RESPOND with the following message:- "Your request to communicate with the recipient has been rejected. : Email User

Reason: (Please take note that this portion is left BLANK INTENTIONALLY by WebsUnlimited)

Please use our support form located at http://www.websunlimited.com/support_form.asp. Thank you.

Future emails to this recipient will be automatically deleted.

This is WebsUnlimited (J-Bots products) CUSTOMER / SUPPORT SERVICE????????????????? I then started to fill in their support form located at www.websunlimited.com/support_form.asp. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. After 5 (five) requests (THEY DO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUEST AND PROMISE TO COME BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24 HRS) ANOTHER JOKE - I'm STILL WAITING (264Hrs AT TIME OF WRITING THIS!) I then used WEbsUnlimited's Product Suggestion Form (where they asked "HOW MAY WE SERVE YOU BETTER?") AGAIN, I utilized their Product Suggestion Form with the HOPE that SOMEONE AT WebsUnlimited WOULD CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS (I mean, I have just added $184-75 to their profit base!) TO RESPOND..... STILL WAITING. Ye, WebsUnlimited DO advertise on their website that they have a 30-day FULL REFUND if you are unhappy with their products. WENT THERE AS WELL - STILL NO RESPONSE. ANYBODY OUT THERE HAVE ANY ANY KNOWLEDGE WHETHER THIS COMPANY EXIST AT ALL??????????? Should you know of any other person who have had a similar bad experience with WebsUnlimited (J-Bots products) please let me know so it can be posted as well. PS. I purchase downloadable products on average $ 500 every month for the past few years - THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER A COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY TECHNICAL OR SUPPORT REQUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B.
