I was talked into trying ancestry.com for 30 days free trial.

I called to cancel on aug 12, 2004

They did not cancel which I did not know untill my credit card was debited for $99.95.

I called yesterday 9/8/04 and they said they would credit my card.

I called today and they said it will take 30 days. I do not feel I should have to wait this time because it was not my doing.

I consider this spam and would like it looked into. I would like my card credited immediately.
