2000 BMW - having problems with the electric windows in the front of the vehicle

Subject: 2000 BMW

Importance: High

Good afternoon. I purchased a 2000 BMW from Passport (new vehicle); bottom line, I have been having problems with the electric windows in the front of the vehicle. The passenger window still continues to remain down and I have to using both hands force the window up. As a result, I have to refrain from using it but tend to forget at times.

Anyway, Passport supposedly fixed the window previously. I only average about 10,000 miles per year because the vehicle is not driven to work daily. Currently a/o 42,000 miles. I say all of this to express the fact that the vehicle is not used that much and that I should not be having problems with the windows. It is quite obvious that it was NOT fixed properly the first time. When can I get the vehicle back to you to be fixed? Is this covered under warranty? If not, what is the cost? Would you believe that I am also experiencing engine problems at 42,000 miles; the car is actually cutting off; the service engine light comes on. Was this car built to do this to FORCE the buyer in to receive the service? Well, I guess they forget that the buyer must have an appointment for service so I guess I have to SUCK it up until that time and hope that my practically NEW car does not leave me stranded. I have purchased several NEW cars from Passport!! What a bummer!! Totally Disgusted and Disappointed, Darlene P &#160 &#160 From: P, Darlene
