To whom it may concern:

I received a correction letter that send to my address with other name on it about Own $ 13.96 from Silkies Pantyhose. I was wandered. First, How can they get my address and sent it to me? Second, Who order this product from Silkies Pantyhose?

I didn't order any thing from this company. How do they put other name on it? Third, when I try to contact the customer service to solve this problem by phone. When I follow the record try to entry the Pin number but it didn't work out. The phone could not accept the number that from the letter. I guess something was wrong in there.

I was so surprise about it. I will return the statement to the company and not going to pay it without my ordering. Would you please do the research and find who did this to the customer. that will be improve your customer service.
