I found this site by accident and read a complaint by Mahlon G. that is similar to one I have about Mitsubishi Motors (MMCA). Although my complaint is regarding how my account was messed up, the procedure used and the manner of rude treatment by MMCA employees was exactly the same.
I echo the statement that the consumer is considered always to be the one at fault. I also was criticized even though I did exactly as I was told and even though I supplied all information necessary to resolve the problem.
The main problem with MMCA is that a different person answered each time I called and I received the same response that another department handles that matter even though the consumer has no idea of the company structure and is not permitted to speak with the people in that other department. I am closing my account with MMCA by transferring the balance to a credit card.
I will never deal with Mitsubishi again and I tell anyone who will listen to avoid Mitsubishi.
