200 Bullock Drive, L3P 1W2 My complaint with this club is that after my membership expired in Aug 2004, they withdrew $62.06 from my bank account in the first 3 days of September, without my knowledge or approval. When I spoke to them about it to try and get the money refunded, they said that I had to officially cancel my

membership with 10 days notice and because I hadn't done that, they couldn't refund the money.

Not even the "processing fee" of 41.73 which they charged me after my membership ended. (they call it "anniversary" of my membership!) In addition, I hadn't been to the club in months, and they made no effort to contact me to let me know my membership was about to expire (which I think
