Rebate problems with Symantec PartitionMagic 8.0 and Goback 3.0.

These products were offered at Fry Electronics with both product rebates and upgrade rebates. I spent three hours copying, cutting and pasting multiple pages and taping and stapling all forms and materials together. Still only one of the $20 upgrade rebates was processed correctly.

The other upgrade rebate was disputed until I faxed everything to the rebate 'Special Services' department again. The other two product rebates are still MIA, no acknowledgement after 4 weeks. Trying to get service and support from this company is like trudging uphill in a mudslide. This would be somewhat more acceptable if the products worked correctly so you didn't need support so often.
