Cingular wireless - About the 1st of August I sighned up for cingular wireless service. I was billed immidiately on my Visa card. I recieved the phone a couple days later. The next day I found out I had no service in my area. I called cingular wireless service and was told to send the phone back. I did so at my own expense. A few days went by and my visa still wasn't credited for the $ 99.00 charge.

About the 1st of August I sighned up for cingular wireless service. I was billed immidiately on my Visa card. I recieved the phone a couple days later. The next day I found out I had no service in my area. I called cingular wireless service and was told to send the phone back. I did so at my own expense. A few days went by and my visa still wasn't credited for the $ 99.00 charge.

So I called cingular wireless again and was advised the phone had been recieved on the 6th of August and my credit to my visa be there in a couple days. A couple days went by still no credit. About a month and several calls later still no credit to my visa. Today I called again, I was informed that there had been a call placed to my voice mail and the service had not been terminated. So the service charges had been piling up, cingular finally got rid of those.

Still no credit to my visa. Then I was told there was nothing they could do. Still no credit to my visa. When they told me I had called my voice mail I ask them how I could have done that when I have no service in this area and that is why I sent the phone back in the first place. STILL NO CREDIT ON MY VISA !!!!!!!!!!

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
